Appointments can be scheduled online on the following days and times:
Wednesday 10am - 2pm
Thursday 1pm - 5pm
Friday 10am - 2pm
Saturday 10am - 2pm
Rescheduling & Cancellations can ONLY be done by text or e-mail

Parking is provided behind the building. Upon arrival enter through the back door.
